Hello Everyone!
Today is the start of our long journey across the country to Washington State.
Our day started out with an awesome breakfast with my Dad, Mom, and Richard. After breakfast we went to Circuit City to pick up a present for Kurt's brother. Then, I went and got my hair trimmed. It looks so much better now that I got a good trimming and some awesome shampoo & conditioner ((Thank you again, Richard)). Around 1:00pm, Kurt and I left Chesapeake and started our drive to Charlotte, North Carolina. The drive from Chesapeake to Charlotte was pretty uninteresting. There was nothing to record or take pictures of (unless you wanted to see cow farms and a bunch of trees).
When we arrived in Charlotte it was 7:30pm. After checking into our hotel (La Quinta Inn), Kurt, the puppies, and I, went to Best Buy. On our way to Best Buy, we passed downtown Charlotte and we could see the HUGE Carolina Panthers stadium. Unfortunately it was dark outside so we could not take pictures or record video of the stadium. However, tomorrow we are going to head towards downtown and try to get some pictures of the stadium and of downtown Charlotte. At the store we bought a 320GB portable hard drive (Thank You Dad for the gift card) and we got a external cd drive. We purchased these items so we can record videos with our video camera (that we got for Christmas, Thank you, Mom & Richard) and take pictures with my new Nikon D60 digital camera (that I got for my 21st bday, Thank you Dad) and we will have a place to store all of those memories. The external cd drive will allow us to install programs and software. I also can burn DVDs of the videos we record!!! HOW COOL! After leaving the store we went and got dinner. Now, we are back at the hotel and are finally relaxing.
We are going to head to bed. Goodnight everyone...
We want everyone to know that we love you all very much.
This is going to be an experience of a lifetime, but saying goodbye to my family was the hardest thing I have ever been through. I have the best family a girl could ask for. Dad, Mom, and Richard, Kurt and I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything to have done for us. We were talking in the car and we both wished we could put into words how much we appreciate you all do have done and continue to do for us. We love you all very much and going to miss you a lot. (Start thinking about looking for housing in Whidbey Island for the next four years & get your butts out there ASAP)

The pictures are REALLY small so you can't see them well. Have you tried loading them up through blogger instead of photobucket? It's much easier and takes a lot less time, plus we'll actually get to see some pics!
